Nina Čeferin gratuated at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law, in 2018. After her studies, she joined the Law Firm Čeferin, Pogačnik, Novak, Koščak and partners. She completed part of her traineeship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana.
During her studies, she completed part of her study obligations at the University of Antwerp in Belgium and participated in the All-European International Humanitarian and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition, where she won second place with two co-competitors. For this success, she was awarded by the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana for high achievements in the extra-curricular activities. Prior to employment in the Law Firm Čeferin, Pogačnik, Novak, Koščak and Partners o.p. d.o.o. she completed an internship at the
Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Vienna and at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Nina Čeferin advises and represents clients in fields of commercial law, bankruptcy law, intellectual property law, tort law, real estate law, contract law, labor and social law, administrative law and EU law.
She uses Slovenian, English and Croatian language.
